We are excited to share that Katy Sharpe, Founding Partner at Piqniq, joined an incredible line-up of industry leaders at VideoWeek Roadmap on Thursday the 13th November 2025.
Katy spoke on the panel “The UK Broadcasters Joining Forces in 2026: What to Expect”, alongside:
Brett Amueller, Managing Director, Sky Media UK
Rak Patel, Chief Revenue Officer, Channel 4 Sales
Kelly Williams, Managing Director, Commercial, ITV
Moderated by Vincent Flood, Editor-in-Chief, VideoWeek
The panel explored how collaboration across UK broadcasters could reshape the video, TV and CTV advertising landscape, creating new opportunities for brands and audiences. It was a powerful moment to bring the independent agency perspective into the conversation and highlight the importance of innovation, partnership and future-facing strategy in the evolving world of premium video.
Founding Partner Katy Sharpe, mentioned TV can feel overwhelming, but fragmentation is opening doors, giving the example that 25% of ad pause campaigns come from new advertisers. She also highlighted measurement for the SME, saying “Measurement has to sit alongside what smaller brands are used to, make it accessible, not intimidating.”
