We’re thrilled to celebrate Savannah Quain and Tomike Omotayo, who have both officially passed their IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) Foundation Certificate, just four months into their time at Piqniq!

The IPA Foundation Certificate has been an incredible tool in supporting their professional development and fuelling our wider team’s growth since Piqniq became an IPA Accelerator Member.
The IPA Foundation Certificate is recognised globally as the leading advertising and marketing qualification for those starting out in the industry. Taken by over 17,000 people across 70 countries, it’s designed for anyone with under a year of experience in advertising, marketing, or communications from recent graduates to career changers.
Through the course, participants gain a strong grounding in the fundamentals of advertising strategy, consumer behaviour, and data-driven decision-making. The qualification builds confidence and expertise early in a career, creating a solid foundation for future success in the advertising and marketing industry.
This milestone also reflects Piqniq’s broader commitment to growing brilliant talent from within. Our IPA Accelerator membership is a promise that we’ll keep investing in structured learning, better tools and meaningful development pathways for everyone on the team.
